Our next meeting will be Wednesday Ann Marie was our community service guest speaker at Januarys meeting. Incase you weren't able to attend Januarys meeting, Ann Marie is a Trumbull resident who for many years has been feeding the poorest of the poor in Bridgeport. She cooks and serves a hot meal once every 2 weeks, funding this effort largely by herself. She also collects and donates clothing and food for them to take away. Here's her "wish list." Margaret Hubert Classes Soundview Knitting Guild will sponsor classes to be held on May 1 and May 15 (Saturdays). She will be at Country Yarns in Wallingford on May 22 and 23. CNN
report called,
"Urban Knitters spin yarn into Graffitti".
It's a very interesting article with some great
pictures. Unfortunately the site must have
pass protected the pics and I wasn't able to
bring the pics to our page for you to view.

For those of you who attended Octobers
Guild meeting, you may remember Jack
Blumenthal talking about a window display
at The Lion Brand studio located in
New York. Above and below are a couple
pictures of that display. Really Cool!!
